Standard Delivery on all UK Mainland orders: 3-5 working days
International Delivery* available: 7-10 working days
*International Delivery rate is dependent on the weight of items, an extra fee may incur if five or more books are ordered.
Non-EU residents are advised that dutiable fees may apply which are borne by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please note the cost of returning items to us are borne by the customer.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the items.
Freya's Funny Feeling must be informed prior to you returning any items and you must arrange for your own courier to return the goods. The goods must be returned in a satisfactory condition.
TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Please contact us by email – firstname.lastname@example.org – and let us know you would like to cancel and return your order along with your reason. A member of our team will respond to you within 48 hours providing you with delivery details
2. On receipt of the goods, we will refund the value of the order in full subject to inspection. You will receive an email confirming your refund within seven days of us receiving the return
CANCELLATION (if an order has not been dispatched)
You can cancel an order up to 1 working day before the requested delivery date. After this we may have already dispatched your gift.
For orders over the Christmas period with delivery dates in December we will require a longer notice period of up to 10 working days.
If we receive notice of your cancellation later than the above, it may be too late to halt the delivery. To cancel your order if the goods have already been dispatched, please notify our customer services team by email: email@example.com, and we will instruct you on the next steps.
In the unlikely event of damaged goods, the customer should contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Customers are required to email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject heading DAMAGED GOODS and provide a picture and details of what the damage is. A member of our team will replace or refund the items concerned.
